Ongoing Enrolments

Sign up for Ongoing Enrolments here. It ensures your place is always available from one term to the next (and it’s cheaper). You’ll be automatically charged prior to each term. You’ll have the same lesson time each week of the term, and if you’re not available we offer Zoom, or a video lesson that you can watch when it suits you. We ask for 5 weeks notice to pause or cancel, so we can offer the spot to another student. You’ll never need to remember to pay for music lessons again. (This page is for Private lessons. What are the benefits of Ongoing Enrolments?

• You won’t need to remember to organise payments each term.
• Your time slot will be kept for you. You won’t miss out because someone else got there first.*
• Our teachers can rely on a consistent timetable and can plan ahead more easily which gives them much more time to focus on you.

Can I still book private lessons casually?

• Yes. Casual private lessons and Term at Time group classes are still available for people who don’t want to sign up for the whole term although Ongoing Enrolments are cheaper. 

What if I need to change the time of my private lesson?

• Our go-to options are a Zoom lesson in the same time slot, or for the teacher to record a video lesson during your usual time that you can watch at a time that suits you.
• Rescheduling is not available for student on our Ongoing Enrolment, however you can reschedule casual private lessons 48hours or more before the lesson.
• Changes are subject to availability, and are only available with more than 48hours notice.
• * Note: if you reschedule a lesson, your original time may no longer be available.

What if I miss the initial deadline?

• You’ll be able to book casual classes for the rest of the term, and then join Ongoing Enrolments (at the discounted price) from the beginning of the next term. 

Ongoing Enrolments cancellation policy

• We need five weeks notice in writing to cancel your lessons so that we can plan ahead. This time frame allows us to process the cancellation prior to your automatic payment, fill teacher schedules and ensure there are the right number and type of places in group classes for our students.
