We LOVE helping our students to love music. We teach group piano and guitar classes, and also private piano, guitar, singing and a few other instruments. Our lessons are encouraging and fun. We teach music with kindness and we believe the best learning happens when students feel supported and feel good about what they are doing.
About the role:
Our Admin team facilitate the smooth running of student bookings, attendance and onsite operations, as well as planning and organising marketing, events and student showcases. It’s a fun and friendly environment, but it needs a staff with an eye for detail, comfortable with tech, and have the ability to get things done.

Responsibilities:
- Process bookings and enquiries.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation, editing, and uploading of social media posts.
- Oversee site operations, supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Assist and where possible lead outreach and event initiatives
- Assist with planning and execution of other projects as required
- Other ad hoc admin task as directed.
