Ongoing Enrolments cancellation policy
- So that we can plan ahead, you must notify us of any changes prior to the Notify Changes dates published on our website. These are approximately 5 weeks prior to each term. Otherwise, you will be charged automatically for the full term. No refunds are offered.
- This time frame allows us to pause or cancel prior to your automatic payment, fill teacher schedules and ensure there are the right number and type of places in group classes for our students.
