- Superannuation.
- Don’t have a super fund set up yet? Our suggestion is Australian Super. Join here. You’ll need our ABN, which is 47090909970.
- Then download & complete the Superannuation Choice form (it follows 5pgs of instructions).
- Download & complete Tax File Number Declaration (it follows 4pgs of instructions). If you don’t already have one, apply here.
- Upload them both, along with the other info and certificates on the form below.
You’ll need:
- Your emergency contact person details
- Your bank details, so we can pay you
- A short bio for marketing purposes
- A photo of you for marketing purposes
- Working with Children Certificate
- Police Check certificate
- If required, a working visa
