John

John is a multi instrumentalist who has a Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance) from the James Morrison Academy. He is eager to pass on his knowledge and love for music to others.

He balances his study of Science at the University of Melbourne with performing and teaching music. 

He teaches:

  • Group Piano
  • Private Piano
  • Saxophone
  • Guitar
  • Clarinet and 
  • Flute

Jenny

Jenny is passionate about music education and always looking for new challenges. She is a patient, encouraging and very experienced music teacher, who has taught in a variety of settings.

She is a multi instrumentalist, who has mastered Australian Music Examinations Board Grade 8 Piano, Trumpet and Theory, and in addition to those instruments also teaches Trombone to intermediate level and woodwind to beginners. 

She is in demand as a musician as an active member of the Melba Big Band and as a piano accompanists for AMEB exams for other instruments/

Jenny teaches:

  • Piano – beginner to intermediate
  • Trumpet – beginner to advanced
  • Trombone – beginner to advanced
  • Woodwind – beginner

Rohan

Rohan is a pianist, guitarist and bassist who has been teaching music to young children from the age of fourteen. His teaching places a focus on students having fun with and enjoying music, while also learning the necessary skills to develop into a brilliant musician.

Having completed his studies in Music Performance at VU Polytechnic, he is now studying Composition and Music Technology at Monash University, while also playing in various bands. He teaches:

  • Group Piano
  • Private Piano
  • Guitar
  • Bass

Sharon Davis

Founder – Sharon began Sharon Davis Music in 2019. 

Since completing her studies in Jazz Piano at the WA Academy of Performing Arts, Sharon has performed everything from solo to mid sized ensembles to Big Bands.

She’s an enthusiastic educator, particularly with beginners. She cherishes the opportunity to get students off to a great musical start. 

As director, she mentors and supports teachers to develop as educators. 

Sharon teaches a limited number of group and private piano lessons.
